I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with several of the program participants who will complete the finance new graduate leadership program this summer to discuss their experiences, leadership and career advice, and the future of PayPal. I’m excited to share some of my recent conversation in a two-part series.

The new graduate leadership program highlights our commitment to building a strong talent pipeline for the next generation of leaders in finance. Through four six-month rotations, the new post-secondary education graduates gain professional experiences across various disciplines such as data analytics, accounting and investor relations. While in the program, we provide them with unlimited opportunities for professional growth and career advancement through networking, structured training, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders and on-the-job experience. Our ability to deliver on this mission starts from the inside.
